Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily crane operations involving mobile cranes and gantry cranes
Plan coordinate and assign crane operators riggers and signalmen for lifting activities
Review and approve lifting plans method statements and risk assessments
Ensure all lifting operations comply with load charts safe working limits and site procedures
Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings
Monitor crane setup positioning outriggers rails and lifting accessories
Coordinate with operations maintenance and safety teams to avoid operational conflicts
Inspect cranes rigging gear and lifting accessories before use
Stop operations immediately in case of unsafe conditions
Maintain lifting records permits and inspection logs
Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions

Requirements

Qualifications

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering (preferred)
Valid Crane Foreman / Lifting Supervisor Certification

Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in crane and lifting operations
Prior experience supervising mobile cranes and gantry cranes
Experience in ports construction sites industrial plants or yards preferred
