The opportunity
Senior Manager / Director - Strategy & Transformation (Transformation Architecture) Business Consulting.
As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in Business Consulting you will be part of the team that helps clients solve enterprise-wide strategic organizational and operational issues by architecting solutions for complex problems. The focus activities would be related translating strategy redesigning operating models transforming the operations and processes and improving overall business performance.
You will be expected to define problems and hypothesize solutions facilitate client discussions and present proposed improvements perform qualitative and quantitative research for analytical purpose and consolidate different findings to support implementation activities. Our consultants work expands beyond client work as you would be expected to support on business development activities proposal writing and knowledge building activities.

- Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the clients business
- Foster maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships at appropriate levels
- Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
- Constantly developing your understanding of current strategy trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues
- Understanding our clients unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possible.
- Develop people and create a positive learning culture through supervision coaching mentoring and performance management activitie
To qualify for the role you must have:
- At least 10 years of government related work experience as a consultant or government employee
- Ideally at least five years of experience in consulting or equivalent roles
- At least three years of experience in leading projects on government strategy policy making target operating model design process improvement and/or technology implementation
- Extensive experience in the telecommunications or ICT industries
- Proven track record in sales and business development for consulting work
- Good command of spoken and written English and ideally Arabic
- Good analytical report-writing and presentation skills
- Strong drive to excel professionally
- A degree (graduate degree preferred) from a leading university in business finance or other quantitative discipline (e.g. engineering) is preferred but not essential.
Ideally youll also have
- Experience in working with government organizations
- Experience related to technology and digital transformation in government
