On behalf of our client we are seeking a Senior HCM Consultant who will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting Oracle HCM E-Business Suite (EBS) within a government ERP environment. The role involves gathering business requirements translating them into functional solutions and ensuring successful system delivery across Core HR and related HCM modules. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to support system enhancements data migration testing and post go live activities while ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM E-Business Suite modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to HCM processes
- Prepare functional and technical documentation for configurations and customizations
- Coordinate and support data migration activities Lead system testing phases including unit testing and UAT
- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support post go-live activities enhancements and issue resolution
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability and performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS
- Hands-on experience with Core HR and related HCM modules
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with reports forms and EBS customizations
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business Administration or related field
- Experience in government or large enterprise ERP projects is preferred
