Description
iSchool is seeking a talented Senior Organization Development Specialist to join our team in Cairo. As a Senior Organization Development Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance the organizations performance and foster a positive work culture. This role is vital in ensuring that iSchool remains a top player in the E-Learning industry.
As a Senior Organization Development Specialist at iSchool you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at optimizing processes developing talent and promoting a high-performance work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that align with the companys strategic objectives. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of organization-wide development programs.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational growth.
- Collaborate with HR partners to drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Design and implement performance management processes and tools.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development matters.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organization development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Organizational Development Human Resources Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience in organization development change management and talent management.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior and development theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Certification in organization development or related field is a plus.
