iSchool is seeking a talented Senior Organization Development Specialist to join our team in Cairo. As a Senior Organization Development Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance the organizations performance and foster a positive work culture. This role is vital in ensuring that iSchool remains a top player in the E-Learning industry.

As a Senior Organization Development Specialist at iSchool you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at optimizing processes developing talent and promoting a high-performance work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that align with the companys strategic objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organizations growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of organization-wide development programs.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Design and implement performance management processes and tools.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development matters.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organization development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Organizational Development Human Resources Psychology or related field.
  • Proven experience in organization development change management and talent management.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior and development theories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in organization development or related field is a plus.
