ILLA Distribution is a leading distribution and logistics company dedicated to excellence in supply chain solutions. We re expanding our team to support our fast-paced operations and technological growth especially at our Mostorod warehouse.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at the Mostorod warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the warehouse s IT infrastructure with a strong focus on training staff on the Sales Buzz platform managing mobile control applications and handling POS (Point of Sale) systems installation and maintenance.

Requirements

- Train warehouse staff on how to effectively use the Sales Buzz platform to optimize sales operations and reporting.

- Ensure smooth functioning of all mobile device control applications used for warehouse and delivery management.

- Install configure troubleshoot and maintain POS systems (hardware and software).

- Provide first-level technical support for IT-related issues at the Mostorod warehouse.

- Monitor and maintain computer systems networks and devices across the warehouse.

- Document technical processes maintain asset records and support audits and compliance.

- Collaborate with the central IT and operations team to roll out system updates and improvements.

- Ensure data security protocols and device access controls are consistently applied.

Benefits

- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on IT support experience ideally in a warehouse logistics or distribution environment.

- Strong familiarity with Sales Buzz platform and ability to train non-technical users.

- Experience working with mobile device management (MDM) and control applications.

- Proven experience in handling installing and maintaining POS systems.

- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware networking basics and software troubleshooting.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment.

Preferred Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user training and support.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.

- Flexibility to occasionally travel between branches (if required).
