DescriptionInbox Technologies Arabia is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Manager (Pre-Sales)to join our growing this role you will be responsible for engaging with clients understanding their cybersecurity challenges and designing solutions that align with both technical requirements and business outcomes. You will partner closely with the sales team to position Inbox Technologies Arabia as a trusted advisor and ensure the successful pursuit of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with customers and prospects to understand their business technology landscape and security concerns.
- Conduct discovery sessions workshops and assessments to capture requirements and define solution scope.
Solution Design & Proposal Support
- Design secure architectures and frameworks aligned with customer needs industry best practices and compliance requirements (ISO NCA SAMA GDPR PCI DSS etc.).
- Develop solution collateral including technical proposals high-level designs RFP/RFI responses and presentations.
- Map solutions to customer business objectives highlighting value creation and ROI.
Sales Enablement
- Partner with account managers and business development teams to build winning strategies.
- Deliver technical presentations demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to customers.
- Support pipeline opportunities from qualification to closure by providing technical leadership during pre-sales cycles.
Thought Leadership & Knowledge Building
- Stay updated with cybersecurity market trends emerging threats and vendor technologies (cloud network identity endpoint SOC OT/ICS etc.).
- Position Inbox as a thought leader by contributing to industry events workshops and client briefings.
- Develop and maintain reusable solution assets such as playbooks patterns and reference architectures.
Collaboration & Handover
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of proposed solutions and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
RequirementsEducation & Certifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field.
- Advanced certifications such as CISSP CISM CCSP CEH or vendor-specific (Microsoft AWS Palo Alto Cisco etc.) are desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 810 years in the eco system of cybersecurity with at least 35 years in a pre-sales solution architect or IT consulting role.
- Demonstrated success in designing and presenting cybersecurity solutions to enterprise customers.
- Proven expertise across multiple domains: network security cloud security IAM SOC/SIEM data protection and compliance frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with client executives technical teams and partners.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative skills to shape customer decisions.
- Team player with the ability to work across sales delivery and partner ecosystems.
