Atdopay were transforming payroll and digital payments across emerging markets. Our mission is simple but bold: bring millions of cash-paid workers into the digital economy. Starting in Egypt and soon expanding to new markets we provide businesses with the dopay payroll platform and prepaid card giving employees instant access to their wages while driving financial inclusion at scale.
Were backed by strong investors scaling rapidly and now looking for a Product Manager - Platformto join our team and own the backbone of our business: the integrations and infrastructure that make dopay run seamlessly.
About the Role
As Product Manager - Platform youll lead the charge on building and optimizing the systems that power dopays ecosystem. Youll work at the intersection of banks card schemes processors and regulatorsdesigning robust scalable integrations and tools that support our rapid growth. Your mission: ensure dopays infrastructure is resilient compliant and always ahead of market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Platform Integrations: Own the roadmap for integrations with partners like processors card printers banks and others.
- Enable Scale & Reliability: Build systems that handle high-volume transactions with speed security and compliance.
- Data & Reporting Products: Develop reporting and analytics capabilities that give our corporate clients and internal teams real-time insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with other product domains engineering compliance operations and design teams to deliver complex solutions on time.
- System Thinking: Map and optimize the flows between external integrations and internal systems ensuring efficiency and reducing friction.
- Regulatory Alignment: Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure our infrastructure meets evolving Central Bank and market regulations.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years in product management with a focus on platform payments or fintech infrastructure.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of APIs payment processing third-party integrations and regulatory landscapes.
- Systems Orientation: Proven ability to manage complex architectures and deliver scalable solutions.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Comfortable translating technical concepts into clear business value.
- Team Player: Skilled at working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving high-growth environments.
- Languages: Excellent command of English
