Were Hiring: AR Credit & Collections Manager
Location: Al Malaz Riyadh Sun-Thu 9 AM-5 AM5PM
Reports To: CFO

Now theyre modernizing and centralizing their Accounts Receivable & Collections function at their Riyadh HQ and they need a dynamic leader to drive this transformation.
The Role
Theyre looking for an AR Credit & Collections Manager to build and lead their newly established department. This is your chance to take ownership shape policies and guide a small but mighty team toward excellence.
Youll be at the heart of their financial health ensuring smooth credit approvals timely collections and strong client relationships while keeping their cash flow solid.
What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of two junior collection specialists.
- Oversee credit applications set limits and approve credit extensions.
- Monitor receivables minimize overdue balances and keep cash flowing.
- Build strong bridges between sales finance and clients to resolve issues.
- Prepare clear reports on collection performance & credit risk for management.
What Theyre Looking For
- Bachelors in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable Credit Control or Collections management.
- Strong leadership with proven team management skills.
- Excellent communication & negotiation abilities with clients.
- Native Arabic speaker (English proficiency is a plus).
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate (on-site role).
