ملخص الوظيفة

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews job Fair assessments and followup meetings.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare employment documentation for candidates
  • Support the recruitment team with general administrative duties as required.
  • Manage candidate document consolidation and Validation.
  • Manage documentation process between client and candidate till Job offer receiving.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and reports

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Workday Greenhouse etc.)
