Team Lead Database Administrator

Company: Alahly Momken for E-Payments

Alahly Momken for E-Payments is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior / Team Lead Database Administrator to join our Database Team.

Responsibilities:

Install configure and maintain Oracle and SQL Server database environments.
Monitor and optimize database performance including query tuning and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.
Plan implement and validate database backup and recovery strategies (including RMAN and Data Guard).
Ensure high availability security and integrity of databases.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design efficient database structures schemas and SQL queries.
Diagnose and resolve database-related issues such as configuration errors connectivity problems and data inconsistencies.

Requirements

Requirements:

6 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator (Oracle and SQL Server).
Strong knowledge of database architecture performance tuning and high availability concepts.
Experience with database backup/recovery strategies including RMAN and Data Guard.
Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters)
Applying Oracle security patches and handling database upgrades
Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
