Job Description: Client Services Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to oversee our customer management activities and lead a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills the ability to manage stress in complex situations and a knack for organization and planning. This role is to be filled as soon as possible (ASAP) and is open for local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Analyze data to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and interpret performance indicators for continuous improvement.
- Organize and distribute tasks effectively among team members.
- Handle complex or conflicting situations with professionalism and tact.
Qualifications
- Education: Bac2/Bac3 in a relevant field.
- Experience:
- Solid experience in customer management; experience in the same field is a plus.
- Proven track record in team management.
Skills
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Stress Management: Ability to navigate challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Organization and Planning: Excellent task management and distribution capabilities.
- Data Analysis: Competence in monitoring and interpreting KPIs.
Language Requirements
- Languages: Proficiency in French and English (C1) is a must.
Working Conditions
- Schedule: 40 hours per week with flexible hours between 7 AM and 10 AM and between 4 PM and 7:30 PM Monday to Friday.
- Contract: Permanent contract.
