What Youll Do
Youll be the first point of contact for families guiding them through their permanent benefits program with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
Explaining benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom
Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation
Maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
Working collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery
What Were Looking For
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary an asset)
1 year of experience in customer support administration or client-facing roles preferred
Key Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
