Your Role:

Are you a seasoned Admin with a passion for Marketing and a keen interest in the cosmetics and luxury brand management sector

As an Admin and Order Processing person you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement production and project management of Labels within the beauty and luxury FMCG segments.

The role will require a very strong sense of detail and hability to process a large number of Orders per day.

You will be expected to demonstrate a strong sense of detail focus with an hability in working fast while effectively managing quality control to ensure seamless project delivery.

Your job is based on these main missions:

. Taking orders and placing orders (purchasing management)

. Data Analysis and Reporting

. Quality of product checking

- Autonomous and working under timelines pressure

What you need to carry out the mission :

- Langages : Hebrew and English required

- Excel/Word/Powerpoint hability
