الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide status reports and updates to supervisor on shipments and deliveries;
- Receive and check shipping documents;
- Sending RFQ to all the shipping companies and follow up on the same;
- Submit shipping documents to freight forward and clearance agent;
- Prepare documents for delivery to clients;
- Arrange for return of empty containers to shipping line;
- Maintain and update Inventory Management System and reports discrepancy and issues to supervisor;
- Maintain and updates stock levels;
- Ensure housekeeping activities are performed to standards in the warehouse;
- Arrange for deliveries of client orders;
- Prepare and provide documentation to accounts for client shipments and delivery;
