Job Overview:
Lead business development and client engagement activities to expand the organization's footprint in Qatar and the wider GCC. With 7 years of experience this role requires proven expertise in building client relationships developing market strategies and driving revenue growth in engineering oil & gas or infrastructure sectors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering or related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of business development practices tendering and proposal management.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the Qatar and GCC market landscape.
Experience:
- 7 years of business development experience in engineering oil & gas infrastructure or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in winning projects developing partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in client account management and stakeholder engagement in the Middle East.
- Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities in Qatar and the GCC.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company's objectives.
- Manage client accounts ensuring high satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Prepare and lead bid proposals tenders and presentations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Monitor market trends competitors and economic conditions to shape business strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry events forums and client meetings.
- Strong leadership networking and negotiation skills.
- Client-centric approach with ability to build trust and deliver value.
