الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for web and mobile product features from ideation to execution.
- Define and drive the product vision strategy and lifecycle management framework to ensure sustained growth and success.
- Gather and analyze requirements write clear and detailed MRDs and PRDs create UX/UI flows wireframes and user stories define A/B tests and manage backlog prioritization.
- Track feature performance post-launch analyze usage data and user behavior and run experiments to optimize performance and business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D Design BI/BA etc.) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality product delivery.
- Identify and drive key initiatives to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of product features.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry or a B2C environment.
- Goal-oriented highly motivated and capable of taking full ownership of projects.
- A proactive adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
- A problem solver with a creative mindset always seeking innovative solutions.
- Solid project management skills and a passion for games.
