Job Description

DIVIETO Ristorante Group is a growing high-quality dining brand that combines authentic Italian flavors with exceptional service and a vibrant atmosphere. Our mission is to provide an elevated dining experience that blends tradition and innovation. We are expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated Remote Operations Manager to oversee business processes optimize performance and ensure consistency across our restaurants.

Position Overview

The Remote Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational functions supporting restaurant teams monitoring performance metrics and ensuring company standards are met. This role requires strong leadership problem-solving abilities and a passion for operational excellence. While the position is remote occasional travel may be required for on-site visits team meetings or training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:

Monitor and support daily restaurant operations remotely.

Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and procedures.

Assist with scheduling staffing and labor cost management.

Performance & Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales customer satisfaction labor efficiency and food cost controls.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.

Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.

Process Improvement:

Implement best practices across all restaurant locations.

Develop and refine operational systems to increase efficiency and consistency.

Coordinate with different departments (HR Finance Supply Chain and Marketing) to ensure smooth workflow.

Team Support & Leadership:

Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant managers.

Provide coaching training and remote support to restaurant teams.

Promote a positive company culture centered on teamwork customer satisfaction and excellence.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure restaurants comply with federal state and local regulations.

Maintain company standards for food safety health and workplace safety.

Oversee quality control measures to ensure guest satisfaction.

Strategic Contribution:

Assist executive leadership in developing growth strategies.

Support the rollout of new restaurant openings and menu updates.

Contribute insights into operational improvements and cost-saving measures.

Qualifications

Required:

Must reside in the United States.

Must have a valid government-issued ID.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 35 years of operations management experience preferably in the restaurant food service or hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams remotely.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite POS systems and operations software tools.

Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience managing multi-location restaurant operations.

Knowledge of labor laws food safety standards and hospitality compliance regulations.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
