Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in the 6th of October. Our client is a global leader in the production and marketing of natural ingredients ingredient systems and integrated solutions for the global food beverage and nutrition industry. With over 45 production sites and 75 offices worldwide they are dedicated to innovation and customer success serving markets in more than 160 countries.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring top talent across various functions .
The role requires a strong ability to build and maintain talent pipelines manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a seamless candidate experience aligned with the companys goals.
In addition to recruitment responsibilities you will also be involved in supporting broader HR functions including training and development performance management and other HR support activities.
This dual focus ensures alignment between hiring strategies and overall organizational development.
