الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist in leak detection activities in water pipelines pumping stations and distribution networks.
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repair of pumps valves meters hydrants and piping systems.
- Operate and maintain specialized leak detection equipment (acoustic devices correlators data loggers etc.).
- Support field teams in pipeline excavation isolation and repair activities.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce water losses.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections leak detection reports and maintenance activities.
- Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician preferably in water distribution leak detection or utilities projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems such as pumps valves and piping.
- Familiarity with leak detection tools and techniques (acoustic pressure or tracer gas methods).
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician preferably in water distribution leak detection or utilities projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems such as pumps valves and piping.
- Familiarity with leak detection tools and techniques (acoustic pressure or tracer gas methods).
Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in water distribution, leak detection, or utilities projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems such as pumps, valves, and piping. Familiarity with leak detection tools and techniques (acoustic, pressure, or tracer gas methods).
