الوصف الوظيفي

 

 

    1. Design and implement appropriate marketing strategies in order to ensure the effective strategic positioning and viability of the property.
    2. Increase the profile of the property through the development of a network of sponsors stakeholders and patrons
    3. Ensure that all the identified target markets and stakeholders of the property are kept abreast of the developments and other activities at the property and within Rixos
    4. Organise the hotels marketing activities and manage relationships with official and private organisations the press and community.
    5. Ensure that all publications and brochures of the property meet high professional and quality standards according to the company visual identity guide.
    6. Manage the advertising function in such a way that all advertisements are effective and reflect a positive image of the property.
    7. To develop and manage effective direct marketing campaigns to identified target markets using either surface or electronic mailing means
    8. Control the budget allocated for the marketing and promotional functions.
    9. Identify strategies for the next year and ensure that operations are carried out according to these strategies.
    10. Ensure and control implementation according to contracts.
    11. Monitor services delivered in the facility according to the texts in the catalogues.
    12. Ensure promotion of the facility. Develop a trade fair programme and strategy.
    13. Attend related trade fairs and workshops for promotional purposes.
    14. Monitor the operations of meeting groups within the facility through sales representatives.
    15. Assist the Accounting Department in collecting agency receivables by working in coordination with the Accounting Department.
    16. Provide information to senior management about the departments monthly activities and prepare a monthly sales activity report.
    17. To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper printed out etc.).
    18. To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility.  
    19. To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.
    20. Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.
    21. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
    22. Carry out all responsibilities of his/her department related to Protection from pandemic disease & action response implemented at the facilities

 


Qualifications :

 

 

  • Education: Bachelors Degree 
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in the related field.
  • Foreign Language: Fluent English and other languages.
  • Courses and Training: Sufficient level of English to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
  • Computer Literacy: MS Office applications.
  • Skills: Good command in more than one area in the related field. Knowledge of competitors the market and macroeconomic concepts. Sufficient level of experience related to the region worked in. Expected to foresee guest needs and expectations and carry out activities in this direction. Expert level knowledge of all related products and services.
