About the Role
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the companys footprint across Saudi Arabia with a focus on the Oil & Gas sector. This is a field-based client-facing position that combines technical expertise with strong commercial skills to manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify develop and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline with EPCs contractors and end clients.
- Lead technical and commercial presentations negotiations and contract discussions.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering operations marketing) to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Represent the organization at industry events trade shows and client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi Nationals Only
- Bachelors degree in business Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years proven experience in business development / technical sales within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Successful track record in B2B project-based sales with EPCs and contractors.
- Strong network and industry knowledge within the Saudi Oil & Gas market.
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Based in Dammam
- Open to frequent travel within Saudi Arabia.
