Role Summary
Own the end-to-end business development cyclemarket mapping outbound/inbound activation discovery solutioning proposals and closingdriving new logos and revenue across our three service pillars.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
* Own outbound lead gen for Egypt & GCC via LinkedIn email phone events referrals and partners.
* Build ICP account/contact lists; enrich data with approved tools; maintain data accuracy.
* Create and A/B test multi-step sequences by persona/service pillar; coordinate content/offers and landing pages with Marketing.
* Qualify to SQL using agreed criteria; book discovery meetings; manage MQL SQL SLA and smooth handoff.
* Track channel performance (outbound/inbound/partner) and reallocate based on ROI.
Pipeline Discovery & Solutioning
* Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and reliable forecasting in the CRM.
* Run structured discovery across:
1) Business Establishment
2) Operational Management
3) Sales & Marketing
* Co-build scopes milestones and success metrics with internal SMEs.
Proposals Pricing & Closing
* Prepare proposals/SOWs respond to RFPs and negotiate commercials to target margins.
* Coordinate with Legal/Finance on terms compliance and payment schedules; ensure clean delivery handover.
Partnerships & Market Development
* Source and activate referral/partner channels (law firms accelerators VCs/incubators software vendors).
* Represent HCMXperts at events; collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns.
Account Growth & Retention
* Drive cross-sell/upsell motions; track client outcomes satisfaction and case-study development.
Reporting
* Weekly pipeline reviews monthly forecasts quarterly business reviews with insights and actions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
* 58 years B2B BD/consultative sales in professional services (consulting ERP/automation HR outsourcing finance advisory or digital/marketing).
* Familiar with tech/engineering buyers and multi-stakeholder cycles.
* Proven achievement on revenue new-logo and margin targets.
* Excellent discovery negotiation presentation and proposal writing.
* Tools: HubSpot/Salesforce (CRM & sequences) LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo/Lusha (or similar) Lemlist/Reply (or similar) Google Workspace; basic Sheets/Excel.
* Languages: Arabic & English fluency.
* Education: Bachelors in Business.
