We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team for a government project in Saudi Arabia. The consultant will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR Payroll Self-Service HR Performance Management) bridging functional and technical requirements to deliver optimal HR solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
- 4 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules.
- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle HCM implementation for a government entity or support for a government client.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll.
- Technical proficiency in PL/SQL SQL and BI Publisher.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Saudi nationals preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in full-cycle implementation of Oracle EBS HCM modules.
- Gather business requirements perform gap analysis and design functional solutions.
- Configure HCM modules and perform technical tasks such as PL/SQL scripting reports and customizations.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
- Conduct UAT provide training and support end-users.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver functional and technical support.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and government regulations.
