Were looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Courier Operations team a unique playground for analysts who want to see their work directly impact the economy customer experience and real peoples lives every single day.
This isnt just another data job. This iseconomics in action: understanding how incentives shape behavior how algorithms and payment models influence the dynamics between couriers merchants and customers and how we can improve every part of the engine that powers Wolt in Israel.
Youll sit at the intersection of data and operations working hand-in-hand with local and global teams. Youll dive into huge live datasets launch experiments fine-tune courier payment models and help drive decisions that affect the companys bottom line customer happiness and courier satisfaction all in real time.
- Design and iterate oncourier payment modelsthat balance fairness efficiency and business performance
- Monitor and optimizecore operational KPIs: delivery times acceptance rates earnings per hour and more
- Launchexperiments and data-driven initiativesthat shape platform behavior and improve decision-making
- Collaborate with operational leaders toconnect data insights to real-world change from business decisions to courier experience
- Createdashboards alerts and monitoring toolsto track marketplace health
- Work closely with Product Global Analytics and local Ops teams to deliver high-impact analytical projects
- Influencethe reputation profitability and service qualityof Wolt in Israel
- Itshands-on: your analysis turns into live experiments new models and daily operational decisions
- Itsimpactful: your work touches pricing incentives efficiency service quality and courier livelihood
- Itscross-functional: youll be the analytical voice in rooms full of operations product and strategic leaders
- Itsfast-paced: this is real-time data in a real-world environment no two days are the same
- Itshuman: behind every metric are customers couriers and partners. This is data with meaning
- 6 yearsof hands-on experience as a data or business analyst
- Strong proficiency inSQLand inPython / R / similarfor data analysis
- Experience with BI tools (e.g.LookerPower BI) and building actionable dashboards
- A deep understanding ofmarketplace dynamics incentive systems or behavioral economics a big plus
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset and business intuition
- Excellent communication skills able to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent inHebrew and English
- Thrives in ambiguity ownership and real-world problem-solving
