We are looking for a proactive and results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in leading end-to-end processes as well as identifying and engaging top talent.
The perfect candidate should possess a keen eye for identifying potential candidates the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders but most importantly have a can-do approach and positive energy.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics
- Source talent through internet research networking competitive intelligence gathering employee and candidate referrals
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques
- Work with data to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process
- Proactively initiate projects/programs to solve bottlenecks and challenges within the recruitment process
Requirements:
- 2 years of in-house recruiting and sourcing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
- Team player with a can-do attitude willing to collaborate and contribute to our teams success
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements
- Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
- Data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
