We are seeking a goal-oriented and professional Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and organizational skills along with a basic understanding of our product or service to effectively facilitate initial contact with potential clients and coordinate schedules for our sales representatives.
Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Appointment Setter is to generate and qualify leads as well as to arrange meetings between potential clients and our sales representatives. This involves establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients effectively managing schedules and follow-ups and utilizing product knowledge to communicate value to prospects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Lead generation for potential clients.
- Scheduling meetings between clients and sales representatives.
- Using strong communication skills to engage and win over prospects.
- Handling objections effectively and maintaining a positive rapport with clients.
- Managing schedules and follow-ups diligently.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Lead Generation and Meeting Scheduling.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Proven ability in Objection Handling and Rapport Building.
- Excellent Organizational Skills and Follow-Up Management.
- Basic Product Knowledge.
