JOB TITLE: Manager Real Estate and Administration (Quality Health Safety and Environment QHSE)

JOB DETAILS:
- Service & SLA Management: Oversee the QHSE team to ensure they provide services7 days a week 12 months a year on a 24-hour basis in accordance withkey performance standards and pre-agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all QHSE team members and Bank employees adhere toBank policies environmental requirements fire and industrial safety rules sanitary regulations and other applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Vendor Performance Management: Establish and implementvendor performance management systems includingnegotiation development and maintenance of performance contracts and SLAs.
- Reporting: Maintainclear and efficient periodic reportsto theDepartment Manager outlining thestatus of QHSE management plan implementation activities conducted challenges encountered and recommended corrective actions.
QHSE Management:
- Develop and manage aneffective Occupational Safety Health and Environment (OSHE) system setting clear directives forcompliance risk mitigation and fostering a strong safety culturewithin the Bank.
- Overseedaily QHSE operationsat theBanks Headquartersand all other facilities ensuring compliance withISO standards key performance indicators and pre-agreed SLAs.
- Conductquality awareness programs providingguidance to all departmentson evaluating quality issues and implementingcorrective and preventive measures.
- Supervise theQHSE team ensuringdue diligence technical expertise and operational efficiencyin meeting QHSE objectives.
- Liaise withexternal experts and regulatory bodiesto keep the Bank updated on thelatest QHSE best practices industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Enforce compliance withhealth safety and environmental procedures ensuring proper use ofemergency equipment and incident response mechanisms.
- Maintain detailedrecords of QHSE activities includingincident reports accident investigations audit findings recommendations and compliance assessments.
- Conductregular internal auditsonQuality Health Safety and Environmentprocesses identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence toBank policies and international standards.
- Leadaudit teamsin reviewing the effectiveness of theQuality Management System (QMS) performingdepartmental mini-audits as required.
- Uphold and enforceBank culture policies and regulations ensuring thehighest level of quality and service excellenceforstakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate withAATC Real Estate Management and Soft Services teamsto ensure thatall Bank facilities comply with QHSE standards and Bank policies providing necessary training and support.
- Contribute tobudget planning and financial forecastingto ensure that QHSE-related activities align withapproved financial plans.
- Oversee theimplementation of ISO 22301 standardsacrossBank facilities equipment and operational systemsto enhanceresilience and business continuity.
Team Management:
- Define and communicatekey responsibilities and best practicesto ensure the efficientdelivery of QHSE reports and successful achievement of objectives.
- Evaluate mentor and direct QHSE team members ensuring regularperformance assessmentsand adherence toagreed-upon KPIs.
- Establishclear workflows and operational guidelinesto ensure thesmooth execution of QHSE tasks.
- Implementstrategies and proceduresthat align withAATC & Real Estate Management Team objectivesandQHSE SLAs.
- Fostercollaboration teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement ensuring all team members workefficiently and effectivelytowardshared objectives.
- Buildtrust and accountabilitywithin the team by settingclear expectations creating space for contribution encouraging innovation accepting mistakes as learning opportunities and providing continuous development support.
Other Responsibilities:
- Performadditional QHSE-related dutiesas required bymanagementor dictated by theevolving needs of the Banks operational environment.
Qualifications
Education:
- Masters Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or any relevant field.
Certifications:
- Lead Auditor of Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001).
- Lead Auditor of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).
- Lead Auditor of Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
- NEBOSH or equivalent HSE relevant trainings.
Knowledge & Experience:
Experience Required:
- Total Years of Experience:More than 10 years.
- Experience in the Same Field/Department:610 years.
- Experience in the Same Position:610 years.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications(Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Strong knowledge ofHSE principles.
- Excellent knowledge ofdata analysis and risk assessment.
- Familiarity withlocal and international standards and codes.
