Job Summary:
The Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees at Novotel Cairo Airport. This position involves organizing training programs maintaining training records and collaborating with department heads to identify training needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Coordination: Organize and facilitate training sessions workshops and seminars for staff.
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with management to assess training needs and develop relevant programs.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records of training participation and outcomes.
- Program Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on training activities and employee development.
