Assistant Outlet Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team in Cairo Egypt. As a key member of our food and beverage operations you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant maintaining high standards of service and contributing to our customers satisfaction.

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with established objectives and standards
• Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency
• Motivate train and supervise restaurant staff fostering a positive and professional work environment
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
• Oversee food and beverage quality regularly inspecting products and presentation
• Implement and maintain training programs to enhance staff professionalism and product knowledge
• Assist in scheduling employees to maintain service standards while adhering to budgeted labor costs
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff adherence to grooming standards
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Stewarding Housekeeping Engineering) to maintain cleanliness hygiene and equipment functionality
• Assist in inventory management and cost control measures
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a guest database recording preferences of regular patrons
• Participate in the creation and implementation of marketing initiatives to drive restaurant traffic and revenue

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hotel Restaurant Management Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record in restaurant operations and customer service excellence
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations including menu planning and cost control
• Familiarity with local health safety and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Strong business acumen with a customer-focused mindset
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
