الوصف الوظيفي
- Financial Control & Reporting (30%)
- Lead month-end closing GL maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations. - Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (MIS FINREP S&O).- Ensure IFRS compliance. - Treasury & Cash Management (30%)Monitor daily cash positions execute payments and manage bank reconciliations. --- Coordinate with other departments for cash forecasting and FX risk banking relationship
- Team Supervision (20%).Oversee AP/AR clerks (invoicing collections vendor queries). Ensure internal controls and process efficiency. Manage sales order approvals in SAP. Monitor vendor/customer master data. Handling team performance reviews and development
- Strategic Support (10%). Assist Controller in budgeting forecasting and other controlling tasks. Provide data analysis and decision making. Assist controller in product pricing and management of prices in ERP
- Tax and risk management (10%). Coordinate with outsourced partner on tax reviews and audits. Liaise with internal partners on tax advisory
Requirements
- Resilience in fast-paced resource-constrained environments.
- Experience in Group Reporting (preferred)
- Willingness to work on-site in Salasala Dar es Salaam.
- Travel from time to time will be required
