Job Purpose: The Pre-Sales Consultant coordinates technical pre-sales activities. Transfers industry technical and product knowledge to customers via good written verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Channel and partner Engagement BOQ POCs generations Demos to partners.
- Conducting technical trainings and Boot camps.
- The Pre-Sales Consultant coordinates technical pre-sales activities.
- Channel Enablement
- Partner enablement training and certification
- Account mapping and pipeline management (Resellers end customers)
- Being updated and technically certified with all the vendor certifications
- The anticipated split of the Pre-Sales Consultants time will be 80% on Technical Sales and 20% on Service Delivery.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent education or work experience
- minimum of 2-3 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology solutions architecture / pre-salesrole
- Proven ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs is what stood out in your last role
- Analytical and problem-solving skills highlight your personality traits
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
