PP Filler Machine Operator

As part of the Production Departmentbeing responsible to operate the PP Filler
plant and adhering to all the StandardsPolicy & Procedures set by the
organization.

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure that the correct machine setting is set after the program isreceived from the Supervisor
• Verify check list before each start up and inform any abnormality to
• supervisor.
• Able to identify different raw materials from labels/ tags. Charge raw
• materials to silo.
• You will be responsible for checking the quality of the filler.
• Ensure exact mixture of raw materials for the filler.
• You will be responsible for twisting and the packaging of the final material.
• Ensure that the final material reaches the store and is placed at the
• right location.
• Coordinate the labor handling of the twisting machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and house.

Job Profile:

Skills/Knowledge:

• Operational Knowledge of Extruders is a must.
• Work experience on BUSS/ MTI/ W&P machines preferred
• high-speed PVC PIPE Extruders.
• Proficiency in English language
• Should be computer literate.

Qualifications:

• Secondary Education

Experience:

• 3 years experience in similar role.
