الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage and record daily accounting transactions in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements reports and reconciliations.
- Handle payroll processing and vendor payments ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper and timely filing of statutory returns (e.g. VAT PAYE NSSF).
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documentation.
- Assist with budget preparation monitoring and financial forecasting.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for reporting and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 3 years of accounting experience preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks or related ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Tanzanian tax laws and financial regulations.
- High level of accuracy attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
