Via is using technology to transform transportation around the world. From changing a single persons daily commute to reducing humanitys collective environmental footprint weve got huge goals.
As a Front-End Team Lead at Via youll join our R&D center in TLV and will be leading a team of developers directly contributing to our product by using cutting-edge technologies. Youll take a critical part in our mission to shape the future of transportation affecting tens of thousands of riders daily worldwide. You will take a key role in our R&D site and be a focal point on front end architecture.
What Youll Do:
- Implement front-end tools & libraries which are used in Via.
- Work and lead a group of talented engineers to create visionary UI/UX products.
- Examine question and improve - consult and make decisions to move things forward.
- Improve the user experience across Vias platform.
Who You Are:
- BSc. Computer Science or similar.
- Proven experience leading a team of people.
- 4 years of professional experience.
- Experience with React or similar frameworks.
- 3 years of experience as a Web Application Developer.
- Map based application development (Mapbox Google JS SDK etc) - Advantage.
- Experience with backend development (Python) - Advantage.
