Job Description:

Overall Purpose: Lead and supervise a team of professionals who define and drive the technical product vision roadmap and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with market demands and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs market trends and competitive landscape.
Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams including business architecture UX and other product managers.
Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.
Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance serving as the voice of the customer and ensuring a high-quality user experience.
Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning support feature refinement and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.


Job Contribution: Oversees operational aspects of the department focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring firing disciplinary action promotional activity and pay decisions for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 5 years of related experience.
