Qualifications :
A Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A collaborative mindset and a strong team player with a passion for sharing ideas and contributing to group success.
Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Prior experience in FMCG or retail sectors is highly desirable with a solid understanding of industry demands and best practices.
