On behalf of our client we are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh.
Job Summary:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets managing a team of sales representatives analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth and building strong relationships with customers. The Branch Sales Manager also plays a key role in training and mentoring sales staff monitoring sales performance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong leadership communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Meet Sales targets and budgeted GP returns for both yours and the region.
- Develop a network of new customer relationships to boost business growth (Pipeline)
- Manage a regional team of Sales Associates ensuring their performance aligns with company objectives.
- Train Sales Associates in cold calling (physical and digital) client nurturing and lead generation strategies.
- Facilitate weekly sales team meetings to foster collaboration and drive progress.
- Allocate clients/sectors to Sales Associates based on experience & existing relationships.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of our CRM system () ensuring Sales Associates
- regularly update client information and identify/report pending bids/tenders.
- Ensure Sales Associates complete and maintain client registrations/ prequalifications s.
- Engage executive team and shareholders with key client introductions/meetings.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Facilities Management and more than 7 years in KSA or in the GCC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic proficiency is a must.
