Customer Service Advisor - Hebrew Speaker based in Portugal with accommodation package
*Must have legal documents to work in Portugal

As part of our dynamic team youll offer white-glove support to clients resolve inquiries and provide innovative solutions while receiving an attractive compensation package with a signing bonus and loyalty rewards after 6 months!
What Will You Do
Provide technical support via email chat and outbound calls
Assist customers with service-related requests and challenging questions
Multitask and use multiple tools to ensure exceptional service
Convert inquiries into outbound calls to deliver the best possible service
Work in a dynamic customer-focused environment with rotating shifts
Key Benefits
Competitive Salary: 1500-1800 euro per month
Holiday & Christmas Bonuses: Equal to your base salary paid monthly as a percentage
Holiday Entitlement: 22 days per year with compensation for public holidays worked
Your Working Hours
40 hours per week (8 hours per day) with an extra hour for lunch
Rotating shifts: Monday to Sunday 06:00 AM - 12:00 AM

Youll be based at our TP City Center in Lisbon with access to offices across Portugal in Covilh Porto and Setbal. Modern well-equipped and comfortable working spaces await you!

- Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Multitasker with the ability to manage multiple tools effectively
- Positive attitude and eagerness to provide excellent service
- Availability for rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
