Location: Athens Thessaloniki or Chania Greece (On-site or Remote - Relocation included)

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

Act as the first point of contact for customers

Handle queries via phone email or chat

Resolve issues related to products orders accounts or technical concerns

What Were Looking For:

Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities

Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation support provided)

For some projects: Technical knowledge or B2B cloud experience
