Job Title: Electrical Technician

Location: Tanzania

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our team in Tanzania. The successful candidate will provide professional technical support and services for all company equipment ensuring optimal equipment availability and efficiency while minimizing losses and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns efficiently and effectively.

Build and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with company products and services.

Provide timely updates to the office regarding work progress on site.

Conduct machine overhauls retrofits and commission new machines.

Assist customers with spare parts identification and technical clarification.

Prepare and submit accurate timely project and intervention reports.

Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.

1 3 years of relevant experience; however fresh graduates with strong technical potential are also encouraged to apply.

Proven technical expertise in a production or manufacturing environment.

Specialization in inspection technology is an added advantage.

Experience working on complex projects is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Effective negotiation and communication abilities.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strategic thinking.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Project).

Fluency in English with strong numerical and reporting skills.

This position is intended for Tanzanian nationals in line with our commitment to supporting local talent development and employment.
