Concierge

• Provide local information and personalized recommendations
• Keeping up-to-date with local attractions events restaurants and all other tourism aspects to provide accurate information to guests
• Make reservations for dining entertainment travel and transportation
• Providing information about amenities area venues and promotions
• Handle guest requests complaints and special arrangements promptly
• Track and manage deliveries mail and packages as needed
• Maintain logs of services provided and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of guest information and pertinent hotel data

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• 1 years of previous customer service experience within luxury atmosphere 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of basic office equipment including printers scanners copiers etc
• Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Competent working with Microsoft Office suite including Word Outlook and Excel
• Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to speak a second language is an asset
