What are we looking for

To thrive in this role you should demonstrate the following qualities and experience:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation digital marketing or a similar role

Strong photography and videography skills (including editing tools like Adobe Suite Canva or CapCut)

Proficiency in social media platforms digital trends and community engagement

Solid writing and storytelling ability with an eye for detail and design

Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of digital analytics (e.g. Meta Insights Google Analytics)

Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Creative and innovative mindset

Proactive results-oriented and resourceful

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and organizational ability

Passionate about hospitality travel and content marketing

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality or a related field

Digital Marketing or Content Strategy certification (Google Meta HubSpot etc.)

Experience in a luxury resort or hospitality brand environment

Arabic language proficiency (spoken written read) is a plus

We are seeking a creative and driven Content Creator to join the Marketing team at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort. This role is central to developing and managing compelling content across all digital platforms; such as Facebook Instagram YouTube TikTok LinkedIn Snapchat to enhance our brand visibility engage audiences and support commercial objectives. This person will be responsible for generating high-quality photo video editing and animation while maintaining brand consistency.

What will I be doing

Plan create and publish engaging on-brand content for social media platforms including Instagram Facebook TikTok Snapchat and YouTube.

Develop content calendars and coordinate timely content aligned with marketing campaigns hotel events and seasonal promotions.

Capture and edit photography and videography for daily storytelling brand campaigns and digital advertisements.

Collaborate with internal departments to identify content opportunities and highlight key resort offerings.

Support social media strategy development to increase engagement followers and traffic across platforms.

Stay updated on social media and content trends platform updates and competitor activity.

Assist with copywriting needs across digital platforms including web social and email campaigns.

Ensure all published content adheres to Hiltons brand standards and legal guidelines.
