We are currently searching for dedicated ambitious and self-driven Solution Sales Specialist to join our Sales Department playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients.
The candidate must have an experience in selling and presenting IT solutions at least one of the following domains (Microsoft Infrastructure Services Unified Communications IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation Customer Experience Data and Analytics).
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
- Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
- Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel including business development support service marketing customer success and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
- Proactively assesses clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Prepare weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on cloud technologies, infrastructure, and backup solutions. Proven success in building and managing partnerships with cloud providers and vendors in infrastructure and backup solutions. Experience leading the sales cycle from opportunity creation to deal closing, with a focus on strategic growth in these sectors. Experience in developing and launching new service offerings and services that drive business growth. Skills: Deep understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure, and backup solutions markets. Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on innovation and strategic growth. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
