- Build and maintain strong client relationships serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client goals and objectives and develop digital marketing strategies (Branding Web design and development SEO SMM Media buying) to achieve them.
- Act as a contact person between clients and our agency ensuring their needs are met and effectively communicated to the project teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients including but not limited to branding web design & development SEO SMM and media buying.
- Collaborate with the internal teams specializing in branding web design & development SEO SMM and media buying to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Monitor project performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery including managing projects to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- 2 4 years of hands-on experience in account management preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Enough knowledge of branding web design & development SEO SMM and media buying
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong negotiation critical thinking and communication skills.

At least 3 4 years of hands-on experience in online marketing, including managing organic search campaigns. Working knowledge of technical SEO skills, including proficiency in WordPress, and HTML5 for SEO purposes. Experience with website optimization tools. Experience link building with external organizations preferred. Experience with SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team environment. Self-motivated and results-driven. Proven analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
