الوصف الوظيفي
What you will be doing:
- Confirm all event-related details with clients to ensure accuracy and alignment with expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships before during and after events to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate all elements of convention bookings including meeting space guest room blocks food and beverage arrangements and audiovisual requirements.
- Initiate and manage billing procedures ensuring deposits and credit applications are received with complete information and within required timeframes.
- Conduct pre-conference meetings with clients and relevant departments to ensure all event details are clearly communicated and executed.
- Maintain and update the conference database ensuring accurate records of key contacts and client information.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or events industry is required
- Strong knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve problems effectively
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
