We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations of our food and beverage services maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily food and beverage operations including inventory management menu planning and cost control
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and service teams to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain quality standards
- Monitor and enforce food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Assist in developing and implementing new menu items considering local preferences and international trends
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Organize and oversee special events banquets and catering services
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve service quality and product knowledge
- Prepare reports on food and beverage operations including sales costs and customer satisfaction metrics
- Assist in hiring training and supervising food and beverage staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Customer service orientation with a track record of handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
