We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Manpower solutions IT Staff augmentation tech hiring HR outsourcing and a proven track record in the Gulf (GCC) market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition developing strategic partnerships and expanding our footprint across key Gulf countries including the UAE Saudi Arabia and others.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field.
5 years of experience in business development preferably in tech recruitment Staff augmentation IT outsourcing or HR solutions.
Proven experience working with clients in the Gulf market (UAE KSA Qatar Europe etc.).
Strong network within tech HR and enterprise sectors in the GCC.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage cross-border opportunities.
English Fluency is a Must.
