Position Summary:
- Business Development Executive Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Management: Drive the complete sales process from prospecting and lead qualification through to contract closure and post-sale support.
- Vendor Management: Identify onboard and nurture vendor relationships; ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain performance standards.
- Client Enablement: Facilitate client success by providing actionable insights structured enablement programs and ensuring clients have the necessary resources and training.
- Documentation Support: Assist in preparing detailed proposals contracts and other essential documentation to support sales and business initiatives.
- Pre-Sales Support: Mentor and support team members engaged in pre-sales activities by providing guidance on process methodologies product knowledge and customer engagement techniques.
- Lead Conversion: Proactively convert leads into closed deals by understanding client needs tailoring solutions and leading negotiations.
- Regional Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with regional clientsorganizing regular conversations to gather critical feedback update on new developments and address any concerns to foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications :
- Anyone with 3 years of experience with Inside Sales/ Business Development in Oracle Sales ERP or SaaS based companies. Preferably in Sales of Oracle ERP products.
- Should have working experience of Inside Sales / Business Development process.
