Scope Merge helps European companies build high-performing remote engineering teams in Tunisia. We recruit exceptional local talent and handle all legal payroll and compliance aspects allowing clients to focus on delivery.
Were currently hiring an NLP Engineer to join key client projects focused on language-driven AI solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern NLP techniques from classic pipelines to transformer-based models and is passionate about building intelligent scalable systems that understand and process human language.
Tasks
- Design and build NLP pipelines for real-world applications (chatbots text classification information extraction etc.)
- Develop fine-tune and evaluate models using transformer-based architectures (e.g. BERT RoBERTa GPT)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate NLP components into scalable systems
- Preprocess and annotate datasets; clean and normalize raw text data
- Stay up to date with the latest NLP research and apply relevant innovations to client solutions
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field
- Solid experience with NLP libraries (Hugging Face Transformers spaCy NLTK etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering is a big plus
- Ability to write clean production-grade code and work in a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)
